Being an optimist doesn’t mean you don’t have dark moments or thoughts. Those will creep in from time to time, but an optimist will take a step back and reframe their thinking - shift their mindset.
On the show this week, I am talking with Dr. Sara Frost,
optimist, mom, wife, and program operations manager for a
non-profit. We are discussing what being an optimist means, the
mindset shift needed to remain optimistic when faced with
challenges, and why play-makers are so important for children.
